Questions
We are not a one-click song generator. A person writes your lyrics from your story, crafts three versions for you to choose from, and refines your favorite with you, using professional AI-assisted tools along the way. You always know exactly what you are getting before you order.
You receive the finished song files and our written permission to use them: play your song at your event, share it with family and friends, and post it for loved ones. That covers everything most clients ever need. Your song is yours alone: we will never resell it or make it for anyone else.
Under current U.S. Copyright Office guidance, purely AI-generated material and prompts alone cannot be copyrighted the way a traditionally written song can, while human-authored lyrics and creative shaping may be protected depending on the actual contribution, assessed case by case. We can't promise what only a court can decide. What you get from us in writing, guaranteed, is clear permission to use your song plus our exclusivity promise: we will never resell it or make it for anyone else.
A commercial-release add-on ($150, draft terms pending attorney review) extends that permission to streaming platforms and public sale. If you are planning a major commercial release, we recommend speaking with a music attorney first.
Two revision rounds are included with every order. Lyric tweaks and mix adjustments are free within those rounds. A full style change after production starts a new order at 50% of the original price.
Yes. Add a verse or theme to your order form and it will be woven into the lyrics naturally.
Standard delivery is 5 to 7 days from when your order form is complete. Need it sooner for an upcoming event? Ask and we will tell you honestly if the date works.
